A consultant since 2008, Mr Krishnan treats the full range of prostate, bladder, kidney and men’s health problems — and is best known for three operations: vasectomy, microsurgical vasectomy reversal and TURP. He sees every patient himself, from the first consultation to the last follow-up.
At King’s Mill Hospital Mr Krishnan established the urinary incontinence service, the paediatric urology service and a local-anaesthetic bladder injection service, so patients could be treated close to home without a general anaesthetic.
He also works at Newark Hospital, acts as a GMC associate and provides expert-witness reports.

The surgeon who paints
Precision in theatre, patience on canvas
Mr Krishnan took up oil painting during the pandemic and now works on large portraits. The same steadiness that goes into microsurgery goes into every canvas — and it is why the logo of this practice is a painter’s K.
